    I would like a feature that allows providers to easily sign client documents sent through the portal (after a client has signed). For example, the NC Board requires providers to sign and date all Professional Disclosure Statements. In order for this to happen, providers have to download the pdf in the general docs, electronically sign the doc, and then reupload it. This is very labor intensive and also results in potential HIPAA violations because providers utilize personal computers and would have to download PHI to their devices and then reupload from their personal devices.
