This is very critical for me because I juggle two different scheduling systems and the other one doesn’t sync at all, so it can get messed up easily. I just moved over to Theranest and my previous platform synced immediately when somethung was changed in my schedule. It also had two-way sync which I know has already been suggested here, but I wanted to reiterate how important this is for me.
I cannot believe this has been a requested feature for years and hasn’t been implemented. I’ve never used a platform that didn’t do this. It’s really embarrassing and inconvenient to have two people request the same time slot and then have to tell one of them it’s not actually available even though it showed that it was.
