An error occurred while saving the comment This is a super piece of information that should be displayed alongside the client balance and insurance balance on the clients search page. Should be an option on "customize grid." Right now we have to rely on abbreviations in the client's preferred name so we can even hope to notice it, but it isn't always that easy to search up and doesn't catch the ones we miss, especially insurance credits.
It would be very helpful and time saving and would help us stay inside legal limits to make sure we return overpayments in a timely manner.An error occurred while saving the comment It would be really helpful if we could customize the client details grid so that it also displayed client credit amounts. We need to be able to search up client credits.

don't allow multiple appointments for the same client on the same day
Similar to an after-hours alert, can there be an alert that lets you know that the client you are attempting to schedule has already been scheduled for that day? This would cut down on same-day appointments being schedule for the same client, which Insurance never covers.
