    Hi TheraNest team!
I absolutely love TheraNest and have recommended your platform to so many therapist friends! Because I love this software so much, I wanted to see if I could leave some feedback on the new frozen header update.

All the updates y'all have done so far have been sooooo helpful and were things I didn't even realize I needed, but now I love them! With the frozen header update, however, it is more of a hinderance than an assistance. It seems to make it harder to scroll through the calendar. Like, when you are on "Week View" and want to scroll down, it freezes the screen on the first scroll so that you have to make the scroll gesture twice on your mousepad or touchscreen to make it actually scroll down. But then if I want to scroll back up, it will freeze again when I try to scroll the first time so that I have to swipe up again to make the calendar actually move so that if I am trying to look at availability for a client, I have to swipe so many times to see the whole calendar and see what my week looks like or to offer available times as opposed to smoothly scrolling up and down it's just constant flicking up and down to get the screen to move.

The frozen header also cuts off so much of the calendar that I have to scroll up and down to see more than three appointments at a time, so if I client is asking me for availability, I have to scroll up and down several times to see what windows I have available, as opposed to being able to see almost the whole day at once without needing to scroll, or with minimal scrolling, and the scrolling is smooth, not jerky.

I would really much prefer the header to be unfrozen and much smaller so that I can see more of my calendar or so that scrolling is smoother.

It seems that the frozen header was meant to make the calendar filter buttons and the "Bulk Edit" buttons easier to access, but in both my group practice and my solo practice setting I rarely used those buttons, so having them locked in place and taking up so much space on my calendar screen is really making it inconvenient for me to access my schedule and view my calendar.

If this is a feature that you have noticed some practices really want, it might be nice to have that option as a calendar setting where we can choose whether to freeze the header, or whether to have those extra buttons added to our screen or to be able to just disable them if we don't need them so that they don't take up space and we can see our calendars easier since actually using the calendar is a much bigger function of our work than the use of the filter buttons.

I do think it's nice to have the week date range frozen at the top, as well as the "Agenda, Day, Week, Month" options for different calendar views. That's super convenient to be able to click those quickly, but overall the freezing is more frustrating than convenient, and the lack of visibility of my calendar isn't worth any benefit of accessing the filter buttons.

Again, I absolutely love this software and I have loved every other update you have done!! This is really the first one that I've seen that has given me any level of imposition and I wanted to give some feedback to see if there was any way of adjusting this new update so that the software is more accessible. I'm sorry for the wordiness of this message! Thank you so much for everything y'all have done to make this software so perfect for my practice and so much better than other EHR platforms!! Y'all are awesome!!
