An error occurred while saving the comment I even send a detailed instructional email along with my Portal invitation with ACTION REQUIRED as a heading and step-by-step instructions about what to put into the Portal. 9 out of 10 people still don't complete it. And we are such a big practice that I just can't track who has done what and send reminders. I have gotten to the point that I just have hard copies of everything and scan it into their charts but that's time consuming. PLEASE make certain information required before they can logout/move to the next page. And maybe set up a reminder window if they try to log out that they have not completed their registration.
We are leaving SO MUCH MONEY on the table because the therapists aren't comfortable writing their interventions in a text box but could so easily pick interventions from a list just like on the Treatment Plan. ALSO having a pick list or check box identifying rationale for 90837 codes. TheraNest already has this option in the Treatment Plans so they don't even have to re-create the wheel here.
