When a patient schedules online the unconfirmed appointment only shows up to the provider for whom they scheduled with. None of our providers do their own scheduling. We would like a way for front desk staff to manage unconfirmed appointments. Right now we have to log in as the providers throughout the day to see if they have unconfirmed appointments that need to be processed.
