Ability to schedule recurring Telehealth sessions
Wanted to ask around scheduling regular teletherapy visits, it doesn't look like I have the option to schedule multiple visits when I select that it is a teletherapy session.

We’ve implemented an update that addresses this suggestion. You can now create a recurring event series in the TheraNest calendar and convert individual appointments in the series to Telehealth appointments. Need to be able to switch a existing recurring appointment occurrence to Telehealth without deleting it.

This is the only thing keeping me from using TN as my telehealth platform. Too many extra steps to perform for my recurring appts which make up the majority of my caseload.

I keep waiting for this feature to be included! With other telehealth platforms, I was able to set recurring weekly sessions. This is a must for this type of work.

This is a must have. I will have my first telehealth sessions through TheraNest this week to try out the platform but am planning to go back to my old platform until this issue is resolved.

dunno why it doesn't let me choose "recurring" when booking a telehealth session with a patient who we do them weekly. Irritating. Plz fix? thx

I do not use TheraNest's platform for telehealth, but do telehealth frequently. I want to be able to schedule a patient for repeat telehealth sessions without having to manually change each time. I forget, and claims are processed wrong. Also, on "same as previous", the location code does not populate, but rather defaults back to office.

This is done with other TeleHealth providers. It would make your TeleHealth services more competitive. Right now I am testing TheraNest's TeleHealth services. This is one of the features that would really influence my decision to go with TheraNest versus other options.
