I would like to be able to create reoccurring telehealth sessions. Although there exists the ability to individually convert occurrences of a reoccurring series into telehealth sessions, this is tedious and easily forgotten. I want to be able to create (and adjust) an entire series of reoccurring telehealth appointments.

I would love to be able to create recurring Telehealth group appointments. Currently it looks like the only way to do that is to go in and make the appointments one by one (for Telehealth only). It would also be helpful to at least be able to change single appointments for a recurring group session to Telehealth, but currently you have to create a whole new appointment to do that.

Please work on the ability to make telehealth appointments recurring so we don't have update and send a new URL invitation each time.

Right now you have to set the recurring appointment and then go back in and change the session to a telehealth session, which is not productive. It would be helpful to be able to be able to add a recurring telehealth appointment in on the first try instead of set the appointment and have to individually change each one. Thank you

PLEASE make it possible to bulk edit/schedule telehealth appointments. Someone else suggested it and it was marked "completed" because we can go in and change individual appointments to telehealth sessions.

For NINE MONTHS we have had to go into each individual session, EVERY SINGLE WEEK, to change appointments to telehealth.

That is RIDICULOUS.

We should be able to select "edit series" and change all future appointments to telehealth.

A whole lot of us aren't planning to go back to office visits anytime soon, you know.

Be able to have telehealth appoints repeat like you can with in person appointments.

Please make it possible to create (or convert series to) recurring telehealth appointments as it would be a big convenience.
So, too, would a patient's ability to create their own telehealth appointment.

I wonder why you can not select repeat event when it is a telehealth appointment. Honestly my telehealth are more likely to be on a repeated scheduled than my in-office appointments. Could you please make it so you can mark repeat event and mark it as tele-health. Thank you!

I think it would be a good idea to allow telemental health sessions to be able to repeat weekly. It is inconvienent for the clinicians and other workers to know if there is a repeating schedule for some clients without having to look continuously back.

I would like to be able to schedule a recurring appointment for telehealth without having to do the work around of scheduling a recurring individual appointment and then converting each appointment. That defeats the functionality of being able to schedule a recurring appointment.

The current means of scheduling a recurring regular appointment, and then changing each individual one to telehealth is clunky and time consuming. Especially in COVID times where the majority of my appointments are via telehealth, it would make scheduling way easier if the option to have a recurring telehealth session was standard on the scheduling calendar.

It takes SOO much unnecessary time to convert individual appointments in the series to telehealth. We need a feature that allows the entire series to be made for telehealth appointments.

When I viewed the therenest training sessions, it indicates scheduling recurring telehealth appointments is not an option.

Right now, we have to delete the occurrence and then create a new, single group appointment in order to make it Telehealth.

My clients need recurring group telehealth appointments for scheduling. It has been hard to schedule new appointments each visit and frustrating for clients.
