  1. Show zero dollar amounts on statements

    Allow me to include zero dollar amounts/paid invoices on statements so the client can see all invoices within a date range in the statement.

  2. Input units for service types on progress notes

    When I'm completing a progress note, allow me to input the number of units for each CPT code I'm using rather than having TheraNest calculate this automatically when I set up the service type.

  3. Allow therapists to see contact network members not assigned to them

    As a therapist, allow me to view members of a client's contact network even if I'm not assigned to the client in case I need to reach out on behalf of another therapist.

  9. Edit payment amount when sending 1-time payment link

    When sending a 1-time payment link, allow me to change the amount that I'm sending to the person. We may send a 1-time payment link to both parents in instances of divorce and they each may only be responsible for a certain portion.

  10. Display special characters/other languages on intake forms

    We serve a lot of clients who are speaking different languages, however, after they submit an intake form using their language the forms we received are garbled and don't come back with their language's characters.

  13. Choose date before room when scheduling appointments

    Change the order of how I make selections when scheduling a new appointment. The date is selected last, but if I change the date my room selection resets. Make me select the date and then the room so my selection doesn't reset.

  16. Modify verbiage in eating disorder section of Wiley Treatment Planners

    The eating disorders section of the Wiley Treatment Planners uses some terms that are problematic such as "obesity" and "BMI". Change these in the system so I don't have to edit them every time I create a treatment plan.

  17. Prevent progress notes if no treatment plan on file

    If a provider hasn't completed their initial assessment and/or treatment plan, then don't allow them to create a progress note. The assessment and/or treatment plan needs to be completed prior to the provider adding/creating progress notes for the client.

  18. Make sexual orientation a free-text field

    When we enter the client's sexual orientation or when a client enters this on the client portal, make it a free-text field instead of a drop-down field.
