This is critical and is stopping workflow in our practices.

We created a custom form to manage internal actions by clinic administrative staff. The clinician 'signed' the form and there is no way to remove this signature. The form is an open, working document and does not need a signature. The option to remove a signature needs to be universal.

Please let admin remove signatures from forms without us having to reach out to TN every time.

Can you please make a function where a supervisor can remove signatures on custom forms (similar to the progress notes function) so we can edit custom forms that were completed but need editing? I have had to contact the Theranest team several times to do it for me, when it would waste much less time if I had the ability myself.

Ability to unlock signed forms and edit them that shows the edits you made to it and allows you to resign it.

We've had several people accidentally select "Save & Sign" instead of just save on some custom forms that require continuous editing. It would be really convenient to be able to have the ability for an administrator to remove those signatures.
