It would be helpful to have the ability to create signatures for the message feature.

I would like to be able to create an automatic signature to be included in outgoing portal messages

Is it possible to add a standard signature to secure messages like this email signature?

I would also like to add a signature/credentials feature to the email messaging platform for provider/client correspondence.

I would like to have an automatic signature line on messages I send out in the portal to clients- similar to what you can do on email servers.

Just wanted to suggest for us to be able to add a signature to our email messages. I keep copying and pasting the signature from my regular email, which is really inconvenient, most times when I send a message.
