Definitely need a note template library.. and to have the option to customize my progress note template .. as I use art therapy as well as EMDR which don't fit well with the basic progress note. To be frank, this standard note kinda sucks..

It would be great if clients could fill out, submit and track assessments on the client portal throughout treatment. Like the PHQ-9, GAD-7, PCL-5 etc...It's a great clinical tool for therapists and clients to see their progress. They are auto-emailed a reminder once a month when services are billed for.

It would be fantastic to have a template for assessments with standard information that can be point and click like other EMRs. (Kareo has a great one).

Would like to see a frame work for Speech therapy evaluations with common tests such as PLS5, GFTA3, OWLS2 . This would be very helpful.

We need to keep track of client's progress and we use free assessments such as the DASS (depression, anxiety, stress scale), Y-BOCS (Yale-brown obsessive compulsive disorder); Beck Depression Inventory, PHQ-9, GAD-7, etc, etc, etc. It would be great to include these and include the ability to have users fill these out post intake either through the client portal or in a HIPPA compliant manner in session using therapists account. Or at least have the option to have them in the therapist portal .

I prefer using the BDI-II over the PHQ-9, so that option would be nice

Standard public domain assessments like the PHQ-9, QIDS, DASS available to use with patients, maybe even emailable. A simple way to support empirically validated treatment protocols and enhance treatment and symptom tracking.

Include a field in the progress note to enter PHQ-9 score and use this data to generate a table/graph for clinicians and clients to view movement of Ct's scores over course of Tx (date, score). e.g. link to PHQ-9 table/graph could appear in left column when viewing details (along with notes, ledger etc).

Allow therapists to choose note type (i.e. Standard theranest note, DAP, SOAP, etc.) rather than only having the theranest standard three box option.

I agree with what others have suggested. Being that this a therapy software we need to have access to standard scales and questionnaires, rather than spend hours creating the from scratch. Also there needs to be a built in template for a comprehensive clinical assessment. Having a template library built into the system is desired as we can work smarter and not harder, and select the forms we need. Therapist should have access to all of the templates that you all created no matter whether we signed up for private practice software, group/family practice software, etc. Being able to have our word documents be converted into the system would be great if we cannot have a template library. Also having templates for life coaching/consulting would be great to have as well.

How can I change the progress notes to DRAP format. Medicaid requires this format instead of SOAP

add clinical assessments for client that generate data automatically; many of these measurements are available in the ***** domain (DASS, PHQ9, PCL-5, BAI, BDD,) and have the flexibility to upload/create other measurements and their scoring sheets per client.
