Show Rescheduled Appointments On Agenda
Leave reschedule appointments on the agenda with the status rescheduled. It would be helpful to see that an appointment has already been rescheduled in the status in the agenda then just seeing it was cancelled.

Choose date before room when scheduling appointments
Change the order of how I make selections when scheduling a new appointment. The date is selected last, but if I change the date my room selection resets. Make me select the date and then the room so my selection doesn't reset.

Allow me to view the client's balance on the appointment block or have a separate box appear with this information when hovering over the appointment so I don't have to leave the calendar to view this information.

Create office Holidays or Office Events
I just spoke with someone through the Help chat about this, and they asked that I suggest this. I work in admin for our agency, and have some days throughout the year that I block out as All Staff Holidays - Office Closures. The issue I'm having is that if I accidentally make a mistake in creating an event (for example, accidentally putting Christmas on the 26th instead of the 25th), I cannot make the change for the whole group all at once, or delete it all in one delete. Scheduling: Toggle Days as "Full" and "Available"
Currently, the scheduling allows clients to schedule any day marked as available. However, there are days I am available but already have the maximum number of clients I wish to schedule for that day
For example, if I am available Mondays 11am - 7pm, have 5 recurring clients on Mondays and only wish to see 5 clients on Mondays, clients and colleagues can still schedule addition clients on Mondays. Thus, I could end up having 6 or 7 clients scheduled on Mondays when I only want to see 5 max.

Telephone icon for 02 location
I love the video icon on scheduling for telehealth and that is gives the 02 location automatically in the progress note when clicked.
Would you please do this with the telephone. I do have clients who do not have access to the internet and only have a land line phone. It would be very nice to be able to click the telephone icon and have the location in the progress note to automatically change to 02.

Line up designated therapist colors in the calender
Our office has 11 therapists and scheduling staff need to see all therapist's schedules at once to schedule accordingly for room and location availability. It would be extremely helpful if each color assigned to each therapist would automatically line up on the full calendar view. It is hard to distinguish who is available and when because the colors are all over the place for each day.

Display scheduling conflict when creating appointment
When I'm creating an appointment on the calendar and it tells me there's a conflict for that date & time, show me what the conflict is so I can easily remedy it.

Allow providers to double book appointments but don't allow clients to double book on the client portal.

Remove non-scheduling staff from calendar
We have staff members who only perform office tasks and will never have an appointment scheduled with them. Allow me to remove them from the Staff filter in the calendar so the filter is easier to use.
