  1. Increase file size limit in general and client documents

    Increase the limit for the file sizes I can upload to a client's general documents and clinical documents so I can upload files that are larger than 10MB.

  3. Copy client's information to different client

    Allow me to quickly copy a client's address or insurance to another client. Sometimes we have family members with the same address and insurance and it would be easier to copy the information than retype it.

  8. Organize dynamic forms & intake forms into folders

    Allow me to create folders to organize my dynamic forms and intake forms so I can keep similar forms together (e.g., mental health counseling, infertility counseling, etc.) and easily select the forms out of a specific folder to send to new clients without having to hunt through a long list.

  11. Automatically copy address from client to insured

    It would be helpful and time saving if I could poke a button to copy the address info that was entered for the client to the insured's info - perfect for when client is spouse or child of insured!

  14. Display client's preferred name throughout TheraNest

    I'd like for all account information to show the client's preferred name, unless it has to do with billing. It's quite difficult to respect a trans client's preferred name when their non-preferred or "dead name" is constantly being flashed in front of the therapist.

  16. Save sorting selections in client list

    If I'm viewing the client list and sort the table, have TheraNest save my sorting preferences so if I navigate away and come back the sorting doesn't reset.

  17. Archive clients on prospective clients list

    Allow me to archive clients that are on the prospective client's list so I don't have to activate them just to archive them. I don't want to delete them because I want to keep a record of these clients.

  18. Indicate preferred contact method in client's chart

    When viewing a client's details, allow me to see which contact method is preferred by the client so I know which method to use first.

  20. Hide or remove tabs from clients and cases

    I would like the ability to hide or remove tabs in the Client's profile as well as Cases that are not relevant to my practice or I don't use. For example, we don't bill so I'd like to remove the Bill To & Insurance tab.
