Keep Signature History in Progress Notes
I sometimes have to unsign progress notes in order to change the service location for secondary claims or re-submitting claims. When our therapists re-sign the notes it appears that they signed the note days, weeks, or even months after the appointment which causes them concerns about liability or audit issues. Why doesn't the note capture all signature activity history? Seems to me that when a note is unsigned a comment should be available to add to the date of unsigning and captured for the note history as well as the re-signing date. Add client initials to treatment plan review email reminders
When I get an email for a treatment plan review, include the client's initials so I know what client to look for when I login.

Set supervisor requirements per payer
Allow me to select what level of supervisory review a staff member may need based on the payer. For example, our supervisors only need to cosign all Medicaid documentation.

Create next appointment when filling out progress note
When completing a progress note, have a field for "next appointment" and allow me to pick a date. Once the note is signed, have the appointment automatically created.

Remove referral source from initial assessment
Don't display the referral source on the initial assessment because that's more for internal use and doesn't need to be included on clinical documentation.

Adjust logo size on progress notes
Allow me to adjust the size of my organization's logo on progress notes. It looks smaller than how it appears on intake forms and invoices and is hard to read.

Addendum showing in the notes summary page
it would be useful to have some indication at the top of that note's screen, and/or on the notes summary page, if a note has an addendum.

Wiley Treatment Planner- be able to save as you go
When creating a Wiley Treatment plan it should save as you go to create a draft, rather than having to start all over if in the middle of a tx plan. I often create a treatment plan over a few sessions and it would be helpful to be able to go through and edit it before it is finalized. Right now, you have to edit and finalize the treatment plan all in one, if you get to the third page and get interrupted or feel like you need more info before you can complete it, you lose everything you have…

Open progress note upon starting telehealth session
When I connect/start a telehealth session, have TheraNest automatically open a progress note for that date of service.

Notes by month
A way to filter notes by month or timeframe. Sometimes it takes some time for supervisors to approve notes to then sign them (I'm unlicensed). This function would allow us to find notes dating in a certain timeframe rather than going through each client's file.

Show a preview of the summary field for SOAP notes
When viewing a client's list of progress notes, allow me to view a small preview of the "Subjective" section of the SOAP note, similar to how I can view a small preview of the "Session Focus" for standard progress notes.

Allow edits to unsigned addendums
When I enter an addendum in the Initial Assessment & diagnosis section, allow me to edit it after I've saved it if I haven't signed it yet.

Only print selected checkboxes in dynamic forms
When adding checkboxes to a Dynamic Form, only print the checkboxes that were selected. Right now all of them are displayed (selected and unselected) which can mean we're printing a lot of pages.

Copy place of service from last note when copying note from previous session
When I copy a progress note from the previous session, have the place of service copy forward rather than defaulting to the default POS.

Don't allow supervisees to save drafts as progress notes and have the "save" button submit the note for supervisory review.

Add time zone to the service date of a progress note
When printing the progress note, show the time zone on the Service Date field.

Sign all progress notes at once for the group
When I'm creating a progress note for a member of the group, allow me to "save and apply to all" as well as "e-sign all", so I don't have to sign each one individually.

Allow the option to bulk print the Group Notes & Attendance tab rather than having to do this individually.
