  1. Move the location of the Get Help button

    The Get Help button is in an inconvenient spot. I suggest it be moved to the left side or middle bottom of the screen so that it does not cover up the Enter Notes or signature buttons. I keep hitting it by mistake.

  3. Select whether completed intake forms should save to clinical or general documents

    When creating an intake form, allow me to choose whether the completed form is saved to the client's General Documents or Clinical Documents for all open cases so we can limit which staff can view them.

  8. Referral Management System

    It would be great to have a system in place where we can send potential client referrals to clinicians and they can either accept or deny the request. Currently we are e-mailing back & forth and it WAY too much as we are growing.

  10. Download intake paperwork directly to Clinical Docs

    Currently, all of the intake paperwork completed in the patient portal is downloaded into General Docs. Since this paperwork frequently contains HIPAA protected information, it would be better if could immediately be placed in the Clinical Docs so only the assigned therapist can see it.

  11. Automatic generation of tasks

    Allow me to set up a rule so that certain tasks are automatically generated in my task list. For example, when I add a new client I want tasks generated for inviting them to the portal, scheduling an appointment, etc.

  12. Permission to allow staff member to remove their own signatures from signed notes

    Have a permission setting to allow a staff member to remove their signature from signed progress notes. Sometimes they need to make edits to correct typos, etc. and right now they have to reach out to an admin, which is a hassle when fixing small mistakes.

  14. View or work in two areas of TheraNest at the same time

    Allow me to view or work in two areas of TheraNest at the same time. For example, I may want to view the calendar and case file at the same time, or the client's ledger and their notes at the same time so I don't have to switch back and forth.

  16. Edit existing referral sources

    I'd like the ability to edit my referral sources. Right now, I can only archive a referral source, but if their place of work changes, or their name changes, or I want to add information about them, I have to archive and create a "new" referral source. It would be much better to be able to edit them.

  17. Allow staff without billing permissions to see client Insurance details

    If we could have some way therapists can see who the insurance payer is without having any billing permissions, that would be amazing! Our reasoning behind it is some insurance payers allow for two sessions a week versus one and it would help our therapists know how many sessions can be scheduled in one week.
