Ability to sign each intake form separately in Client Portal
If I send a packet of forms to a client, have their signature appear at the end of every form rather than at the end of the last form in the packet.

If multiple forms are sent to a client to the client portal, the client’s signature will now be displayed at the end of each individual form. Previously, their signature was only included at the end of the last form in the entire packet.

I would also feel more comfortable being able to send the forms at the same time even if they have separate signatures (i.e. I send my consent forms and then wait for them to be signed and then I send an intake packet for clients to fill out more clinical information, this is annoying - I wish I could send both at the same time to be filled out separately.

I would feel more comfortable having clients be able to sign each individual document in my custom forms section, as opposed to just one signature for all forms. I would need a signature option for my informed consent, my disclosure statement AND the privacy rights form. Thank you!

Some state requirements are that each page is signed.

Yes please! This is extremely important for bi-lateral releases. As of now, this can't be added because you'd have to print out every single form for the client's signature to be attached to the release, which would give out unnecessary PHI.
