Make demographic fields on client portal required
Allow me to make certain demographic fields that appear on the client portal required.

Currently, when a new client receives an email inviting them to complete their intake forms online, they have easy access to everything but the demographics fields (name, address, phone, etc.). The current page has HIPAA policies, Informed consent disclosure, and intake questions available in the blue top nav bar, but not demographics. This means the Therapist has to add this information manually later. That's a silly waste of time. Client should be promoted to do this from the start, or at least have access to the link.

No one is filling in the contact info. Can there be a form in the intake packet that requires clients to put in that information.

I'd like to suggest that clients be moved through a process (complete with a process bar/indicator) that stars with demographic info, billing/insurance, and then onto the intake forms. Most of them are completing their intake forms because there is a prompt to do so, but they completely ignore entering their demographic or insurance info and I'm having to email them with the log in link to go back and enter all the info. It should be a more streamlined process for our clients so they don't miss anything the first time.

We are having problems with clients completing the demographics and insurance info-they just don't see the tabs at the top of the page in the black bar. It says fill out the forms but nothing about the portal info...we had to put in the online form section: STOP and go to top of page to complete demographics, Ect...

This would be hugely helpful.

The client portal has been nearly useless to me because of this same issue. I'm still hunting down their demographics, insurance etc... They often tell me they don't even see the link for the intake form as it is so small.

We are having a lot of trouble with new clients completing all steps on TheraBook - Demographic Info, Billing & Insurance, and Intake forms. Often they are compeleting the intake forms and overlooking the demographic info and billing & insurance tabs (we think it's because they blend in to the top banner of the webpage). Can those sections be pulled out of the banner and appear on the page similiar to the Clients, Staff, Calendar, Alerts, and Unconfirmed Appointment tabs in TheraNest? Is there a way to force clients to those tabs until they are completed? At the least is it possible to include a space for a personalized message from the clinic (where we could detail our instructions) on the home page of Therabook?

I want clients to fill out demographics, billing, intake, hippa, and consent.
This needs to be clear when the client goes to the site or in the email asking them to sign up for the portal. -

And billing info as well

The patients often fill out the intake questions. However, they forget to tab through the top. I actually did not notice it either the first time. If the patient filled this out initially, it would save a ton of time. Is there any way to make the demographic and insurance tabs at the top (all of the tabs actually) apparent to the patient or have a pop up box appear to remind the patient to complete this before the patient logs out?
