Client notes, assessments, documents available through the portal
I would love it if the tools we use for ongoing care, Release of Information, Minor Consent to Treat, the PCL 5 for trauma, the PHQ9 , the Beck Depression inventory could be available to complete electronically through the portal.

We would like to see notes available to clients in the portal, so we don't have to download and email them.

Ability for therapists to send assessment and screening tools through portal to clients.

The ability for clinicians to send documents like Release of Information or any document the requires a signature through the client portal. The portal will allow clients to login and sign documents without downloading for printing, it will all be digital.
