  1. Add second emergency contact to client portal

    Allow my clients to add a second emergency contact when filling out their demographics on the client portal for when a client has divorced parents.

  3. Allow archived clients to access portal for contacts

    If a client is also a contact of another client when the client is archived still allow them access to the client portal for the client they are a contact for.

  4. Change verbiage on portal signup page if invitation was sent

    If I've sent a parent an invite to the client portal, the signup page disables the name field but the instructions say to enter the minor's information, which is causing confusion for our parents.

  5. Navigate clients to login page after requesting appointment

    If a client requests an appointment via the new appointment link, after they request the appointment and create a login take them back to the login page so they know where to go and can bookmark it. Right now it just takes them to a dead page.

  6. One portal account across multiple practices

    We have clients that see multiple providers and each provider has their own TheraNest account. Allow my clients to log in to one portal account to access multiple providers.

  7. Display warning on client portal to not contact if emergency

    Allow clinicians to display a warning to not use the client portal for clinically urgent matters and to call the office or the local crisis number if the client cannot wait for the next time they have an appointment.

    Only allow my clients to create a client portal account if they've received an invitation from me. I don't want them signing up on their own.

  9. Client Notes on Customize Grid

    If you could please add "client notes" as an option for "customize grid" on the "Clients" tab it would be greatly appreciated. This would streamline many of our processes and save a lot of time for our practice. Thank you.

    Allow archived clients to access the client portal so they can continue to make payments or request new appointments if needed.
