Take or upload pictures through the app and store in client documents
Allow me to take or upload pictures from my phone through the mobile app and store them in the client's clinical documents.

I couldn't vote on another user's same improvement suggestion, so I thought I'd add it again for my "vote." I'd like the TheraNest Phone App to allow access to upload and view client general and clinical documents directly. I can only do so with my computer, and who wants to (or who can) drag a computer around when one goes to multiple locations a day!

Clients be able to take pics of insurance cards and upload to portal. We need the back of the cards for important provider phone numbers.

It would be helpful to have a scanner for docs directly from the mobile app so we don't have to scan things into our phones then drop them to the laptop to insert them into the file.

It would be helpful if you could upload documentation from the app. (take picture/write document on phone and upload straight into client's file through the app. I only see upload documentation option from computer.

Is it possible to allow the mobile app to have the general documents tab so that client id's can be uploaded from mobile telephones.

As a play therapist, I take pictures of art and sand tray work that needs to be in the client file. A direct phone upload to clinical docs would be helpful. Currently, I have to transfer them to a computer, then upload, then delete pics in both places. This makes it cumbersome and creates more opportunities for technology HIPPA issues.

I was thinking about this feature, and I am glad it's being considered. It would be incredibly time saving.

I was just thinking of this today! As it stands I log in to the desktop site via my phone in order to upload pictures of insurance cards. Since the website isn't optimized for mobile it was hard to tell when the document loaded and I couldn't really change the document name while doing it from my phone. Technically, it did upload and I found that workaround, but I would love to be able to upload it in the app directly. Much easier that way!

I was going to add this very suggestion. Since I don't work in a centralized office, I currently have to take a picture of clients' insurance cards with my phone and email it to myself so that I can then upload it to theranest from my computer. Being able to upload photos and the like to a person's documents would save a lot of time.

It would be great to enable your iPad to snap a picture of the patients insurance card (rather than scanning it in)...that saves as a file directly into the patients documents. The picture would only be saved to this program and not stored or saved on device.
